The median sales price of a home in New Jersey is $591,489 as of August, according to the most recent data available from New Jersey Realtors.
But for homes in New Jersey’s 10 priciest towns, that number is much higher with a range from $3.3 million to $1.5 million, according to an annual report from Property Shark.
Property Shark, a real estate data provider, also published its list of the 100 most expensive zip codes in the country. New Jersey had a record six towns represented.
