Her voice, her actions, the anecdotes she shares along with her speeches and advice, and the lessons she shares with people in those speeches are loved by all and have inspired countless people to change their life for the better and build a better future for themselves.
And one thing common to Sister Shivani’s lessons and talks is her experience and belief in affirmations, manifestations, and vibrations. And in a video shared on her social media accounts, Sister Shivani can be heard sharing with the audience a story about a woman who wanted her husband to quit smoking. Read on to know what happened in the next 90 days.

The power of manifesting

Before we move to the incident, it is important to understand what manifestation really is and the power it holds.
And to put it in simple words, manifestation is basically the process of bringing your desires, intentions, or wishes to reality by focusing your thoughts on it and by sending the right vibrations, the energy, into the Universe. According to Sister Shivani, the human mind holds incredible power, and what people make it think and feel is what shapes their life.
Every thought we create sends out vibrations, and these vibrations help the Universe attract similar energy towards us.
Sister Shivani also shared that successful manifesting can only happen when you believe in it. If you have second thoughts about the process, about the intention, or even in your power to make it happen, it will not have positive results. It is thus very important to centre your thoughts, feelings, and actions into the intention.

The incident shared by Sister Shivani

To elaborate on the 90-day timeframe and the power of sending out energy and vibrations, Sister Shiva gave her audience an example. She talked about a woman whose husband was a smoker. The woman cared for her husband’s health and wanted him to quit smoking. And when she came to Sister Shivani, she had a rather pessimistic attitude. When she was advised to manifest it and talk to her husband about it, the woman used to reply with ‘I don’t think that will happen’, or ‘I dont think this will work’.
But then, eventually, instead of repeatedly telling him to quit, she decided to use the power of vibrations. Every time she cooked food for him, she infused her thoughts with love and concern for his well-being. She would mentally affirm, ‘I wish my husband would quit smoking and I wish he would want to quit smoking’. These thoughts and their vibrations were slowly, but definitely reaching her husband.
Over time, without any direct conversation about quitting smoking, her husband approached her and said, ‘I think I want to quit smoking now.’
In about 3 months, he made the decision to give up the habit. Sister Shivani explains that while the words we speak only reach a person’s ears, the vibrations and energy we send to them go straight into their subconscious.

What happens with vibrations?

Now, the 90-day rule has a rather simple concept – ‘It takes 21 days to make a habit, and 90 days to instil it into your lifestyle’. And something similar is applied to the concept of vibrations and sending positive energies.
Sister Shivani also explained that every thought we create carries energy, which is sent into the Universe by our mind. And these vibrations, or energies, influence not only us but also the people around us. She also talked about how the energy we have in our thoughts and intentions has an effect on the subconscious mind.
She elaborates that when you send positive thoughts and vibrations toward someone, you are communicating with their subconscious mind. With another example she mentioned, ‘There was a certain family who wished to communicate to their children that there should be no use of phones or TV during food time. But when a solution was given to them, in the back of their mind they had a thought that this won’t work. And this was the biggest problem. They thought it wouldn’t work and so it didn’t.’
