Jennifer Pedranti’s Estranged Husband Sought To Reduce Child Support Payment

In his court documents, the 52-year-old requested that the $1,735 per month he pays the reality star in spousal support be cut off. His demand also extended to the $4,674 monthly payment in child support, which he asked to be reduced.

On why he is making these demands, Williams noted to the court that he made $5,546 in wages and another $12,740 in self-employment income last month.

He added that he believes Jennifer rakes in around $8,000 per month from Bravo and other sources of income. He claimed that his average monthly expenses total $14,320.

William continued that he had a significant reduction in salary due to his “employer needing to conserve capital resources.”

The CEO Cited His Estranged Wife’s Recent Engagement In His Declaration

On why he should be let off spousal support, William pointed out that Jennifer got engaged to her boyfriend, Ryan Boyajian, in April, and she moved in with him after facing issues with rent at her apartment.

William explained that she moved due to failure to pay rent on her lease at a home in Ladera Ranch, California. He further shared:

“I am not party to the lease agreement. Jennifer signed the lease agreement without first notifying me. If she had notified me beforehand, I would not have agreed to the terms of the lease (particularly the amount). We agreed to an uneven split of the amount of the rent since the children would be living there. Jennifer was not able to contribute anything toward the rent, and therefore, the rent was not able to be paid.”

William Accused The Bravo Star Of Violating An Important Part Of Their Divorce Agreement

The entrepreneur accused the “RHOC” star of constantly requesting that they meet physically despite his insistence that she stop. He noted that she also shows up at his residence unannounced.

William disclosed that his estranged wife came to his home on August 29 to try to speak to him. He demanded a court order to restrict her from coming near his residence, describing it as “harassment and an invasion” of his privacy.

He added that she also violated the provision in their divorce deal, stating that they would not publicly defame each other. According to the businessman:

“Jennifer had made multiple disparaging comments and lies about me on the Bravo TV show as well as in national media interviews, including negative comments about my relationship with my kids. My reputation has been adversely affected by this. I have also had to have conversations with the children about it as well.”

Jennifer Requested For William’s Detailed Financial Information

The court-ordered financial investigation is reportedly a part of the divorce process monitored by the presiding judge, who stressed the importance of William’s attendance.

The order also came with warnings of possible punishments should he default, including contempt of court or even arrest.

Jennifer Pedranti Blames Post-Divorce Issues On Unresolved Marital Problems

Jennifer admitted that their inability to resolve their post-divorce trouble mirrored their situation in their nearly two-decade-long marriage, which began in 2022.

She noted that while the divorce has been finalized, their communication remains below average, and it has affected their co-parenting plans.

“[The divorce] took four years, you guys — a long time. Unfortunately, I have no communication with my ex andso it’s hard. I’m so grateful that it’s finalized,” Jennifer explained before adding:

“I know people think, ‘OK, good. Here she goes.’ There’s still issues within it but we’re finalized and it was a long time coming.
