Prince William and Kate Middleton’s reaction to the concerning security breach at Windsor Castle laid bare by a former detective.
Two masked men entered the royal property while the Prince and Princess of Wales and their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, were sleeping nearby on Sunday.
According to The Sun, the robbers had scaled the six-foot fence during the night to steal farm vehicles from the property.
The source shared, “They must have been watching Windsor Castle for a while. They would have to have known the vehicles were stored there before they broke in and known when was the best time to get and escape without being caught.”
Speaking of the shocking incident, a former Scotland Yard detective Mike Neville told GB News that the future King and Queen “will be very concerned because of course these men that their target was the farm vehicles.”
The detective claimed that there would be a “major meeting” at Thames Valley Police.
The officials will hold a serious discussion with security services regarding necessary protection measures for the Royal Family following this significant breach of security.
He added, “They [the prince and princess] might want to live as normal life as possible, but they don’t live a normal life today.”
“They are targets for all sorts of terrorism, that’s two future kings in that building. So there’ll be a real massive review here,” Mike shared.
