Princess Charlene and Prince Albert’s twins Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques have delighted fans with their subtle nod to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s kids.
The 10-year-old twins revealed they are fans of Taylor Swift, mimicking the popstar’s well-known hand gesture. They created a heart shape with their hands in front of a fountain, referencing the pop superstar.
The Prince and Princess of Wales’s children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, are also fans of the megastar.
Kate and William’s kids even got to take a selfie with the popstar during an Eras Tour in London over the summer.
The royal twins, who celebrated their 10th birthday on December 10, posed in a variety of pictures in a social media post celebrating the day.
The caption read: “Happy birthday to Hereditary Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella! Their Serene Highnesses are celebrating their 10th birthday today.”
The hand gesture, that appears on the cover of the Taylor Swift Little Golden Book, “means something between I love you and thank you,” Swift told The New York Times in 2011.
One picture showed Gabriella wearing some pink sunglasses while posing with Prince Jacques on a rather large orange tractor, on a family trip to a farm.
Princess Charlotte is a huge Taylor Swift fan and had wanted to go to the Eras tour for months before she attended with Prince William and Prince George at Wembley, according to a source.
In addition, Prince William was seen wearing a blue friendship bracelet with the word “Papa”, thought to be a gift from Charlotte, during his trip to South Africa.
The bracelet was a nod to Taylor Swift’s music as fans of her music started wearing the bands, inspired by lyrics from her song “You’re on Your Own, Kid” from her 2022 album Midnights.
