The Bridgertonalum, 29, is currently in New York City, where she showed off a sleek, sexy look while attending the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Opting out of a lingerie getup, Phoebe highlighted her stunning figure in a thigh-skimming blazer minidress, rocking sheer stockings while going shirtless.
