An adult and child were hospitalized after a crash between a motorcycle and a truck in Carver on Friday, Carver emergency officials announced.
At around 4:45 p.m., the Carver Police, Fire and EMS departments learned of a crash at the intersection of Meadow Street and Rochester Road, according to a joint statement.
The driver of the motorcycle had life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital, the statement read. The child with the motorcyclist was seriously hurt and was flown by a medical helicopter to a regional trauma center.
The truck’s driver was not hurt and stayed at the crash site, officials said.
The crash remains under investigation.
