The Orlando Magic have a plethora of guards.

Nevertheless, it seems like they want to keep adding firepower to the roster.

To that end, the Magic reportedly have signed Mac McClung to a two-way NBA deal.

“The back-to-back Slam Dunk Contest champion lands on NBA roster after starring in G League since 2022-23,” ESPN insider Shams Charania wrote on X.

McClung excelled in the G League and has played for the Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers and Philadelphia 76ers at the NBA level.

In his four NBA appearances, he is averaging 8.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game on 46.2 percent shooting from the floor.

Granted, he’s not likely to get much playing time in Orlando, which has Jalen Suggs, Cole Anthony and Anthony Black fighting for minutes at both guard spots.

The Magic also signed Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to provide some floor spacing, defense and veteran leadership, and Gary Harris gives them a different look off the bench.

The Magic are an up-and-coming team after a strong turnaround last season.

Paolo Banchero is emerging as a potential superstar, and his pairing with Franz Wagner gives the Magic plenty of length and turns them into a switching nightmare for opposing defenses.

McClung will have his work cut out to find his way on the court this season, but one thing’s for sure: He’ll rock the rim whenever he gets as much as half an inch of space to take flight.
