Lana Del Rey, American legendary singer and songwriter who is best known for her soulful voice, had a few wedding plans which left her fans buzzing with excitement.
The singer’s big day was reportedly influenced by none other than her close collaborator and pal Jack Antonoff, the one who she trust the most with her wedding arrangements.
The 39-year-old singer tied the knot with the love of her life Jeremy Dufrene, who is a businessman, earlier this year, leaving her fans gushing over the newly married couple.
Lana recently spilled the beans on her biggest day as she shared that she found inspiration for her wedding from Jack Antonoff and his wife, actress Margaret Qualley.
During her candid chitchat with Variety’s Hitmakers event, the 39-year-old singer shared: “I’m grateful for [Jack] for the example he gave me in his marriage to [Margaret].
“I saw the way he looked at her when he met her, and he’s a big reason why I waited so long to get married, and why I met my amazing husband,” she added.
Lana further shed light on the perks and quirks of being a celebrity as she admitted that being a star can make her love life a lot more complicated than anyone can ever imagine.
The Video Games singer continued, “I feel like there’s a singers’ curse around meeting an honest partner who has no skin in the game, no dog in the race.”
“It’s super nerve-wracking to hold on to an innocent perception of how things could go when you’re in an industry where maybe your values and your morals don’t quite match up with what’s going on. Especially when people think you probably don’t have any morals or values,” she explained.
