George Clooney is all praise for Eva Longoria’s work ethic in Hollywood.
In a new interview with Marie Claire magazine, the Wolfs star revealed he’s impressed by Eva, saying, Talent doesn’t sustain you in this business. It requires hard work, determination, and brass balls,” while referring to her work in Flamin Hot.
“We know countless stars who flamed out,” continued the 63-year-old.
George told the outlet, “The reason Eva is still so relevant is because she won’t take no for an answer.”
On the other hand, Eva also opened up on being a woman producer in the entertainment industry.
“I show up on time… I show up prepared,” stated the Desperate Housewives actress.
Eva mentioned, “Our industry is famous for specifically men failing up. It’s like, He got that movie? Didn’t he just… The last movie, he just…? Didn’t that bomb?’ And they give him another [chance].”
“That’s great, but I couldn’t do that. I don’t get a second chance,” remarked the actress-turned-producer.
Eva, who will turn 50 in March 2025, noted, “I think for me, there’s no better position than to be underestimated because then you can always over deliver. I’m comfortable outworking anybody in the room.”
Addressing ageing, the actress further said, “For me, age is just a number, but I’m excited…I refuse to believe my greatest success is behind me.”
“I’m cold-plunging; I’ve got red lights on; I strength train with weights; I meditate; I’m journaling…I wake up with the sun; I’m doing the grounding; I have an Oura ring to track deep sleep; I’m taking magnesium and other supplements; I’m doing everything,” explained Eva.
‘She added, “Not because I don’t want to age but because I do want to age.”
