Deion Sanders and the University of Colorado Buffaloes have been among the most talked about teams in college football for the past two seasons.
Sanders, of course, is a former NFL legend, and many wondered what his impact as a coach would be, especially in D-1 football.
He has proven many doubters wrong, as the team has performed much better than people thought.
One of the biggest reasons for the team’s success is Sanders’ son, Shedeur.
Shedeur has been one of the best quarterbacks in college football this season, and he is expected to be a first-rounder in the 2025 NFL Draft.
He could make a massive impact on an NFL organization, and his father had an interesting prediction about his landing spot, as he told Shannon Sharpe on the Nightcap podcast.
“If [Tua] warrants another concussion, that’s got to be all she wrote. We’re praying that don’t happen… What do you do business-wise if you’re the Dolphins? Do you go into the draft?” Sanders asked.

Sanders indicated that the Miami Dolphins might need a new quarterback in 2025, especially if Tua Tagovailoa suffers any more concussions.
This team is on a downward spiral without him, and the offense has looked awful in his absence.
It might not come down to it, but if the Dolphins do need a quarterback, Shedeur could be their best draftable option.
The Dolphins might be a top-five pick, seeing the way things are going, which would certainly put them in the expected range to select Shedeur.
