The Los Angeles Dodgers blew out the New York Mets again in game four of the National League Championship Series on Wednesday.
With a final score of ten to two, the Dodgers have now scored eight or more runs in three out of the four games thus far in the NLCS.
The Dodgers will take a three-to-one series lead into Friday’s game five with a chance to clinch a World Series berth.
According to USA Today’s Bob Nightengale on ‘X,’ Dodgers Manager Dave Roberts says this team is playing as well as any team he’s had since joining the club.

Roberts has managed the Dodgers since 2016 which has included two National League Pennants and one World Series title in 2020.
For him to say that this team is playing the best baseball that he has seen since joining the club is saying something.
The Dodgers haven’t been to a World Series since winning in 2020, and they are one win away from making another appearance.
Friday’s game five will see arguably the Dodgers’ ace pitcher Jack Flaherty take the mound to pitch against David Peterson of the Mets.
Flaherty pitched in game one of the series where he threw seven innings and allowed two hits, zero earned runs, walked two and struck out six while earning the win.
If Flaherty can reproduce that performance on Friday, then the Dodgers appear to have a good chance at clinching a World Series berth.
The Dodgers are seeking their eighth World Series title in franchise history.
