Rapper and social media star Lucas Coly has died at the age of 27.

The internet star’s talent agency, I Discover Stars, confirmed his passing via Instagram Thursday. A cause of death has not been announced.

The late entertainer shared a message saying, “I love y’all,” on his Instagram Wednesday. The post has since expired as Instagram stories do after 24 hours.

Coly’s manager wrote, “Rest in peace @iamlucascoly I love you bro. My heart is ripped in half. Wait for me up there,” before altering the caption to just a heart emoji as it reads now.

The agency’s post, originally tagging “#checkonyourfriends” have caused many to speculate Coly’s death.

Coly’s manager also asked fans to pray for Coly’s girlfriend, Amber, in a Facebook post that has since been deleted, according to US Weekly.

Coly was born in France and came to the United States when he was eight years old. At the age of 10, he gained fame on Vine and went on to release his most popular song, “I Just Wanna,” in 2016. The song’s YouTube video has amassed over 20 million views since it was released. Coly was known to blend French and English in his music.
