Coming off their 2024 NBA championship, the Boston Celtics look ready to repeat as they’ve come out of the gates strong to start this season.
The Celtics had no issues winning their first two games, blowing out the New York Knicks and Washington Wizards.
Even without Kristaps Porzingis, who is sidelined due to an ankle injury, Boston has had no problem picking up where it left off last season.
Offensively, the Celtics are one of the most efficient teams in the league, while their defense is stifling across the board.
Former Celtics star Paul Pierce has been impressed with what he’s seen the past couple of years and is all-in on their chances of adding another banner.
He recently gave some honest thoughts about Boston and his place in Celtics history.

Pierce was a beloved figure during his days with the Celtics and became a legend once he led them to the 2008 title, ending a championship drought.
Boston is one of the best sports towns in the country because of its history of winning across the four major sports, but it is really known for its basketball success, as its 18 championships are the NBA record.
Pierce is one of numerous legends who have played for the organization and will always be loved in the city for his contributions.
The love between both sides is mutual, and it’ll be interesting to see if everyone will be celebrating again come June.
