A shootout determined the first-round matchup of the South Jersey Coaches’ Cup in Marlton between nine-seed Kingsway and eight-seed Cherokee.
The Dragons outlasted Cherokee, the No. 16 ranked team in the NJ.com Top-20 rankings, 7-6, during the shootout to advance in the tournament.
