The Dallas Cowboys head west to face the San Francisco 49ers in Week 8, and although the 49ers are short-handed due to injury, this won’t be an easy game for the Cowboys.

They have some real holes on their roster and will need to play their best to get a win.

Preparing for the game, kicker Brandon Aubrey is facing a unique situation, as he missed practice because he had to serve jury duty.

“Just when you think you’ve seen it all in this league, you’ve got something else to deal with,” head coach Mike McCarthy said, via Around the NFL.

Dallas is coming off its bye week, and in the previous game got destroyed by the Detroit Lions, arguably the best team in the NFC right now.

It was a total disaster for the Cowboys, as they were dominated in every facet while owner Jerry Jones watched in dismay on his 82nd birthday.

Their long home winning streak from last season is a distant memory, as they’re 0-3 at AT&T Stadium this season after winning 16 games in a row at “Jerry World.”

Dallas has massive problems on defense, especially when it comes to stopping the run, and offensively has almost no run game to speak of.

The Cowboys rank last in the NFL in rushing yards per game, rushing touchdowns and yards per rushing attempt, and quarterback Dak Prescott is struggling with ball security.

Their schedule won’t get any easier, with the Atlanta Falcons, Philadelphia Eagles and Houston Texans coming up.
