King Charles has seemingly reacted to the unpleasant event which took place at Australia’s Parliament House in Canberra.
Buckingham Palace shared a delightful video of the monarch receiving a warm welcome upon arriving at the capital of Australia.
In the shared clip, the King and the Queen were seen exchanging sweet moments with the public.
It is pertinent to mention that the Palace released this joyful update after MP Lidia Thorpe verbally attacked the monarch when he was seated at the Canberra Parliament.
Dressed in indigenous dress, the woman shouted, “Give us what you stole from us, our boys, their skulls, their babies and people who destroyed our lives. Give us the treaty. We want a treaty in this country. You are a death, Solomon. This is not your land. It’s not your land.”
Moreover, the MP said to Charles, “You are not my King,” and then, she was dragged outside by the security officials.
For the unversed, King Charles and Queen Camilla began their historic Australia tour on Friday night.
Notably, it is the monarch’s first big royal tour after ascending to the throne and amid his ongoing battle with cancer.
