Springfield – The Forest Park Civic Association invites residents of the Forest Park Neighborhood to its annual Halloween Party and Parade at the Garfield Street Triangle from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26. Children and adults are encouraged to bring a carved or decorated pumpkin for the Pumpking Contest and to come dressed for the costume parade that begins at 2:15 p.m. There will be outddor games and crafts. The event will be held rain or shine.
The Garfield Street Triangle is located at the intersection of Garfield, Fairfield and Greenleaf Streets, just off Sumner Ave. and Forest Park Ave. For further information, email the ForestParkCivicAssociation@gmail.com .
