The judge overseeing Donald Trump’s New York criminal case indefinitely postponed the president-elect’s sentencing on Friday. Trump was set to face sentencing in November, but Judge Juan Merchan agreed to wait to allow Trump’s legal team to argue for a full dismissal of the case.
