Liverpool will do all they can to keep hold of defender Trent Alexander-Arnold amid interest from Real Madrid, according to the Times.
It is reported that the Premier League club are aiming to keep the 26-year-old on Merseyside despite claims that Los Blancos are confident of securing his signature.
Just over two months remain before he will be able to discuss a pre-contract agreement with clubs outside of the Premier League, but manager Arne Slot doesn’t think his vice-captain is distracted by links to the Santiago Bernabeu, with his focus solely on his performances for Liverpool.
