10 most expensive homes sold in Monmouth County, Oct. 7-13

A house in Sea Girt that sold for $3.9 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Monmouth County in the past week.

In total, 184 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $850,641, or $427 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 7 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
